These terms apply to your use of this website and to services from BeOnTop Canada unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Services and prices

Prices on this website are in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable taxes and are starting prices. Your proposal or agreement sets the final scope and price.

Term and cancellation

Monthly plans have an initial three-month term, then continue month to month until either party gives 30 days' written notice.

Ownership

Once paid for, you own the website content, pages and ad accounts we create for you. We may reuse our general methods, tools and templates.

Results

Search engines and AI assistants are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
